The end result is healing, positive change; leaving the past in the past, and moving forward. The Restorative Process is based in principles of restorative justice, conflict resolution, and systemic repair. We work with individuals, pairs, groups and whole organizations to repair harm, heal conflicts and assist the entire group in taking responsibility for any harm they may have been a part of. |

We Show UpWe'll show up in person, and stay with you through the process. The initial stages will include key conversations, interviews, assessment and making a plan of action. We'll make recommendations, and collaborate with you to design a progression and processes that meets you and your team where you are.

Restorative ProcessAt the heart of the Restorative Process are several tried and true methods, designed to facilitate healing and repair. This work is always facilitated, and highly structured, to create safety, honesty and transformative space for speaking, listening, understanding impact, and moving forward. This process is facilitated by at least two highly skilled Aurum Facilitators, with decades of experience dealing with intense emotion, breakdown and conflict.
